How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs varies according to weight, volume and Country of destination for the package. We'll quote you the freight amount along with our proforma invoice that we send before actual order confirmation.
What products can be shipped?
All products in the catalog can be shipped abroad.
How can I place an order from abroad?
E-mail us: your complete shipping address along with a phone number, the product code and quantity for each item you would like to order. If you buy as a company please add your VAT/tax number.
We will promptly send you a proforma invoice with: available items, total amount and freigt quote, along with our bank data to wire the payment. If you do accept the proforma quote and would like to proceed with the order, you shoule email or fax us the bank receipt of your wire transfer payment or ask us for a Paypal request of payment by email.
How long does it take for delivery?
The delivery time depends on the Country of destination; anyway we'll supply you with the tracking number of the parcel so, at any time you can check the shipping status.

When will the order be shipped?
The order will be shipped when all the products you ordered will be available. If some items are not available, we'll contact you to ask how we can proceed (i.e. to wait for all items in stock be shipped at once or immediately receive ready goods and the balance with a second shipment; in this case , we'll have to charge you an additional shipment cost).

You can prepay by Paypal or Wire transfer.
How can I return a product?
For Italian laws---When returning defective products: the costs of return are fully charged to the customer. When we'll receive the parcel back, we'll check the item and if it is intact, we'll replace it with a new one. We recommend insurance shipping, to elude any problem.
The consumer may cancel the order within 10 working days after delivery of goods, without giving any explanation and without payment of penalty.
The withdrawal must be communicated to the supplier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
If the withdrawal is communicated to the supplier by fax, it must be confirmed within 48 hours of sending the fax letter.
Shipment costs for the return of the goods are fully borne to the buyer.
The vendor must eventually return the price paid by the consumer within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- for the purchase or sale of products specially created for the consumer;
- for perishable goods, or that change rapidly;
- for audio-video products or software that were opened by the consumer;
- for the purchase of newspapers or magazines;
- for services before the deadline to exercise the withdrawal, have been already performed with the consent of the consumer.
All products are covered by a warranty. The warranty period of two years, covers all the problems caused by manufacturing defects and conformity in the products purchased. The consumer must signs the fault of the property in question no later than two months after the problem.
